<p>Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.</p>

 

<h2>Shipping Rates and Delivery</h2>

<p>Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically arrives in 3–5 business days after your order ships.</p>

<p>We offer free standard shipping on US orders over <strong>$125</strong>.</p>

 

<h2>Shipping Area</h2>

<p>We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.</p>

 

<h2>Order Tracking</h2>

<p>Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.</p>

 

<h2>Sales Tax</h2>

<p>We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain US states, in accordance with each state's economic nexus laws. Applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.</p>

 

<h2>Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages</h2>

<p>We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped, but we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed order — please contact us for assistance. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout may be subject to a reshipping fee.</p>
