<h2>International Shipping</h2>
<p>We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.</p>

<h2>Sales Tax</h2>
<p>We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain US states, in accordance with each state's economic nexus laws. Applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.</p>

<h2>Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages</h2>
<p>We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped, but we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed order — please contact us for assistance. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout may be subject to a reshipping fee.</p>
