Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Yes. Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the houses we carry.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the contiguous US typically takes 3–5 business days after your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on US orders over $99.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship within the United States only.

What's your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Because fragrance is a personal-care product, opened or used bottles can't be accepted back — this is standard across the fragrance industry.

Can I return a discovery set?

Once opened, discovery sets and sample vials are final sale.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, plus Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is sales tax included in the listed price?

Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout for orders shipped to states where we're required to collect it.
